<image:title>Wellness In The Workplace and Beyond - Wellness, Movement and Mental Health.</image:title>
<image:caption>Movement is medicine. Massage is medicine. Often work-spaces can be associated with stress and pressured deadlines. At times we all need a change to our familiar scene, a reset, a refresh. We aim to provide a unique wellness experience where employees can unwind, de-stress and have fun. It could be a day team-building workshop where we teach people to dance in a day, and perform the piece at the end - See Transform Perform heading. Or it could be a mixed package which might include an invigorating and uplifting movement class; a relaxing chair massage; stretching gently in a Stretch & Mobility session; a postural assessment; or a check-in where employees can talk about how they currently are. We also can provide a tailored program to kick-start celebrations such as a hen or birthday party - anyone for a fancy dress club classics dance class? Overall we aim to provide a therapeutic and fun experience in the office, home or another environment. A package could be curated to your needs but for example a 2 hour package could include a 'Fitness In Motion' class (participant numbers would depend on space) by Haiden with a short break followed by a more low-key stretching / pilates class (again participant numbers would depend on space). Over the same 2 hour period Stephen would set up in a room with slots for 8 people (15 mins each). Participants could choose from a chair massage, or a postural / standing assessment or a check-in to talk (confidentially) about their mental health / current well-being. For whole-day workshops we also work with guest instructors with different styles from contemporary to street dance to do the initial warm-up or a specialist 45min session. Please make contact to discuss your specific needs. Studio locations can be arranged also.</image:caption>
